a. The repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
b. The repair fails to resolve the issue as initially agreed upon.
1.2 Refunds are subject to assessment by Mobile Repair and may not be applicable in all cases.
Refund Process:
2.1 Customers seeking a refund must notify Mobile Repair within 7 days of service completion.
2.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
2.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
Non-Refundable Items:
3.1 Service charges and costs incurred for parts or labor are non-refundable once the repair service has commenced.
3.2 Any damages caused by the customer post-repair are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution:
4.1 Disputes regarding refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
