Terms and Conditions:
Service Scope:
1.1 The repair services provided by Mobile Repair cover mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
1.2 Any additional services required beyond the initially agreed scope may incur extra charges, subject to prior approval from the customer.
Service Agreement:
2.1 By availing of our repair services, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2.2 Customers must provide accurate information regarding the device and its issues for an appropriate assessment and resolution.
2.3 Mobile Repair reserves the right to refuse service if a device is found to be irreparable or if it poses a safety risk to our technicians.
Service Charges:
3.1 Service charges are based on the type of repair required and any additional parts or labor involved.
3.2 All charges will be communicated to the customer before service commencement.
3.3 Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Warranty:
4.1 We offer a 90-day warranty on repairs performed, covering defects in parts and workmanship.
4.2 This warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.
Liability:
5.1 While we take utmost care in handling devices, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing issues or damages that may arise during repair.
5.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
Data Protection:
6.1 Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair.
6.2 Mobile Repair is not liable for any loss of data during the repair process.
Customer Responsibilities:
7.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and communicating any specific requirements or concerns.
7.2 Customers must collect their repaired devices within 30 days of notification; failure to do so may result in storage charges or disposal of the device.
